Job Responsibilities
1. Assist with daily laboratory operations, including sample preparation and maintenance and management of experimental equipment.
2. Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure laboratory operations comply with relevant quality standards and safety regulations.
3. Collect, record, and analyze experimental data; write experimental reports and provide timely feedback on experimental results.
4. Assist researchers in experimental design and implementation, providing technical support.
5. Participate in laboratory cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean and safe experimental environment.
6. Participate in the learning and training of new technologies and methods to continuously improve personal professional skills.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or above in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2. Prior laboratory experience is preferred, especially in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
3. Familiar with conventional laboratory techniques and equipment operation, such as PCR, ELISA, cell culture, etc.
4. Possess strong experimental data recording and analysis capabilities and be proficient in using relevant software.
5. Possess strong teamwork and communication skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude and be able to follow laboratory safety regulations
