Single B cell screening technology platform

Single B cell screening technology platform

Single B cell antibody screening technology is an innovative method to obtain specific antibodies quickly through screening, amplification, and cloning of single B cells. This technology can directly obtain antibody information from the immunized body, avoiding the cumbersome steps of cell culture and hybridoma establishment in traditional screening technologies, thus greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of antibody screening.

High-throughput single-cell optofluidic system, based on a highly integrated nanoscale cell microenvironment optoelectronic chip, enabling high-throughput single-cell microscopic imaging, high-degree-of-freedom parallel manipulation of individual cells, high-efficiency exchange of liquid and gas in the cell growth environment, long-term cell culture tracking, and automated sorting and export of designated cells in any field of view, providing a series of complete solutions for cell operation, analysis, and sorting for a wide range of researchers.

Service Process

Service Advantages

  • Short cycle: Shortens the early discovery time of antibody drugs from 4-6 months to 1.5-3.5 months, greatly accelerating the antibody drug development process;
  • High throughput: Can screen more than 14,000 single B cells at a time;
  • High positive rate: Can screen out high-yield cell lines with >99% monoclonal guarantee rate within one week;
  • Multiple species: Mouse, rabbit, chicken, etc.;

Case Sharing

Case sharing of screening RBD antibodies using a high-throughput single B cell optofluidic system: The high-throughput single B cell optofluidic system screened more than 100 RBD antibodies, and the recombinantly expressed RBD antibodies can block the binding of RBD to its receptor ACE2 protein overexpressed cells. In BLI affinity determination experiments, more than 50% of the antibodies had equilibrium dissociation constants KD comparable to the control antibody, reaching the level of 10-10M.
