Pozelimab is a human IgG4κ mAb that targets complement factor 5 (C5) to help prevent diseases mediated by the complement pathway，Pozelimab targets complement factor C5, a protein involved in the complement cascade, which plays a key role in inflammation and immune responses.By inhibiting C5, Pozelimab prevents the formation of C5a (a pro-inflammatory molecule) and C5b-9 (the membrane attack complex), which can cause tissue damage in certain diseases.
