Exatecan（DXD）is a synthetic derivative of the naturally occurring compound camptothecin. it binds to the topoisomerase 1-DNA complex, preventing DNA re-ligation which results in the accumulation of DNA strand breaks and ultimately leads to cell death. Monoclonal anti-DXD antibody, is produced from a hybridoma which was obtained from a mouse immunized with DXD
